- In-Store Purchases: Returns can be processed at any GRRASADIOS store within 7 DAYS of purchase. Bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
- If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy for GRRASADIOS
At GRRASADIOS we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy for orders placed with us.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

- We accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can initiate a return once the item arrives.

- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
